Versenix ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

4. Local Data Storage
Version 1.x of Versenix stores your imported songs, Bible files, presentations, media, and configuration data locally on your Mac.
This information is not uploaded, monitored, or accessed by the developer.
5. Future Cloud Services
Future versions of Versenix may introduce optional cloud synchronisation, online backup, or collaboration features.
If cloud-based services become available, users will be informed before using those features, and an updated Privacy Notice will explain how cloud data is collected, processed, stored, and protected.
6. Data Retention
Your account information is retained until you request that your account be deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
We do not automatically delete account information based on inactivity.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by contacting us at support@versenix.com. Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete your personal information from our active records within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information.

Account information is stored on servers hosted and managed by HostGator. While we take reasonable steps to protect the information entrusted to us and use reputable hosting providers, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Privacy Notice may be updated from time to time.
Any significant changes will be published on this page together with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Notice.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Versenix ("the App"), a native macOS church presentation application.
By downloading, installing, accessing, registering an account, or subscribing through the Mac App Store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
2. App Store Purchases
Subscriptions, payments, renewals, refunds (where applicable), billing, and cancellation are managed exclusively through Apple.
Regional pricing, taxes, and currency conversion are determined by Apple according to your App Store region.
3. User Accounts
Some features require an account created using your email address.
We may send:
- Software updates informations
- Security notifications
- Important service announcements
- Provide tutorial updates and user guidance
- Respond to support enquiries
These communications relate solely to the operation and support of Versenix.
4. Licence to Use the App
Subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or modify the App except where permitted by law.
- Redistribute or resell the App.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. User Content
Versenix is a presentation platform.
The App includes only content that the developer is authorised to distribute.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights, licences, or permissions to import, display, or distribute:
- Song lyrics
- Bible translations
- Images
- Videos
- Presentations
- Other media
6. Imported Content
Versenix supports importing compatible third-party formats including OpenLP databases and Zefania XML Bible files.
The developer does not verify ownership, copyright, or licensing of imported content.
Users remain fully responsible for complying with copyright and intellectual property laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
7. Future Features
Future versions of the App may introduce optional cloud synchronisation, online backup, collaborative features, or additional services.
Where these features require additional processing of personal information, updated legal documents will be provided before those features become available.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
While every effort is made to provide reliable software, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Service interruptions
- Data loss
- Presentation failures
- Hardware incompatibility
- Live event interruptions
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on the Versenix website.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The developer does not provide, host, or distribute copyrighted song lyrics, commercial Bible translations, images, videos, or other copyrighted material except where authorised.
